Camping Breakfast Burritos

Recipe is super simple.  Great when warmed up on the fire!

Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean hamburger
4-6 eggs
6 Tortilla wraps
1 red pepper diced
1 small tomato cut up
1/2 onion diced
Clove of garlic minced
Salsa
Taco seasoning- either packaged (get low sodium) or homemade

Steps:
1.   Cook hamburger with garlic and onion.  A trick that I use is when the hamburger is 90% cooked I put it into a strainer and pour hot water on it and I helps rid of a lot of the fat! Then for flavour add 1/2 of taco seasoning and peppers then cook for a couple more mins
2. Scramble eggs in a pan
3.  Mix together in a bowl the hamburger and egg mixture. Add tomatoes and rest of taco seasoning
4.  Scoop into tortillas add salsa on top and fold. Wrap in tin foil and freeze if desired
5. Can warm up in oven or on fire when camping

I am not one takes a bunch of supplements, fat burners or a bunch of vitamins and minerals.  There are several health and scientific evidence as to why I don't do that; but in short I just don't have the need to.  I am not a serious body building competitor, and it seems like a lot of effort to boot! I take really only two "supplements" with my workouts; BCAA's during my workouts and protein powder after.  I will talk about protein powder for today and touch base on BCAA's later. I started reading into protein powders a little more lately because I knew I wanted valid information to wri
