Protein Smoothie

This is a super easy and convenient breakfast or snack recipe for on the go!  It is easily made the night before.  This recipe makes 2 smoothies and packs a good protein and veggie punch for first thing in the morning.
Approx Calories Per Smoothie: 300 Protein 44g  Carbs: 40g Fat: 1.5g


Ingredients: 
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1 carrot cut into pieces
- 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavours work best)
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- Other optional ingredients: Berries, almond milk, etc

                                

Directions: 
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender, add water until about 1/2 full
2. Blend until smooth and pour into glass or shaker!
