Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These are great for a treat or maybe a dessert, and are super easy to make!  
The recipe makes approximately 18 golf ball sized balls
Approx per ball Calories: 73  Carbs: 6g Fat: 2g Protein:8g 



Ingredients:
1/2 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
3 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
2 cups Oatmeal
1 tsp Stevia
1/2 cup of Water
1 tbsp of Almond Oil

Chocolate Coating
1/2 cup Non-FatFat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Stevia
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract



Directions:
1. Combine protein powder, oats, stevia and powdered peanut butter in a bowl and mix thoroughly.  
2. Add almond oil and half of the water to the mixture and mix thoroughly.  The mixture should become sticky and form together.  Add the rest of the water if needed.
3. Form the oats mixture into golf ball sized balls and set aside.
4. For the chocolate coating, combine all the ingredients from the list above and mix thoroughly.  
5. Coat each ball with the chocolate coating and freeze for 1 hour.  Enjoy!
