Healthy Breakfast Sandwich

Who doesn't love a good breakfast sandwich?  Instead of hitting the drive-through, try this sandwich at home for a healthy version of everyone's favourite, quick breakfast!
Calories per sandwich: 244 Protein: 19g Carbs: 25g Fat: 8.5g


Ingredients: 
- Whole Wheat English muffin (find one less than 150 calories)
- 2 slices Turkey Bacon
- 2 egg whites
- 1 slice light cheese (whatever cheese suits your needs!)

Directions: 
1.  Spray a medium-sized pan with cooking spray.  Mix up the egg whites with some salt and pepper to taste. Pour into pan and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked on one side.  Flip and continue to cook on the other side
2.  Toast the english muffin to your liking.  Once the egg whites are done, remove from pan and put in the turkey bacon.  Fry on each side for 1-2 minutes until crispy.
3. Assemble sandwich and enjoy!
