Garlic Green Beans

For all garlick lovers alike!  This recipe uses frozen green beans because they are cheap and easy, but feel free to use fresh if you have it!
Per 250g Serving  Carbs: 19g  Fat 4.5g Protein 4g


Ingredients: 
1 x 750g bag of frozen green beans
4 Cloves of Garlic, Sliced thin (use more if you dare!)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard 
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper as desired.


Directions: 
1. Heat a pan on medium-high.  Pour in olive oil and allow to warm, then add frozen green beans and a tablespoon or two of water.  Cover with a lid and allow to cook, stirring occasionally.
2. Mix together soy sauce, mustards and seasoning in a small bowl.
3. Once Beans are about halfway done, add the garlic. 
4. Once garlic and beans are done, add the soy sauce/seasoning mixture and allow to mix well for a minute or two.
