Easy Meal Prep Chicken

This recipe is crazy easy and great to use when batch cooking chicken breast.  Mix and match spices and flavours to suit your needs!
Per 100g Calories 150g Fat 5.5g Carbs 0g Protein 23g


Ingredients: 
5 chicken breasts, cut in half
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Lemon Juice



Directions: 
1. Preheat oven to 375F.  Line a baking sheet with foil and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
2. In a bowl, mix the spices together.  Place the chicken on the baking sheet lined with foil.  Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil on the chicken and then half the spices on the chicken.  Flip over and season the other side.
3. Mix together lemon juice and hot sauce.  Pour over the chicken.  
4. Place another sheet of foil overtop of the chicken and fold all the edges around to make a foil packet.
5. Bake at 375F for 35-40 mins.
