Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash

This very easy recipe is a great side dish with a bit of a sweet twist on it. 
 Recipe serves 2 or more depending on your appetite!
Calories: 177  Fat: 7g  Protein: 2.5g  Carbs: 31g


Ingredients:
1 lb of Butternut Squash, cut into cubes
1 tbsp of Olive oil
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp of Stevia
1 tsp of Black Pepper
1 tsp of Salt



Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 375F.  Combine butternut squash and olive oil in a baking dish.  Mix in Cinnamon, Stevia, Pepper and Salt.  
2.  Bake covered with tinfoil for 40 mins & Enjoy!
