Black Bean Chocolate Brownies

Don't be put off by the black beans, this cake is full of guilt-free, chocolate goodness!  Low in sugar and fat but high in taste- trust me!  Each serving is 1/9th of the cake.
Per Serving: Calories: 115  Fat: 4.5g   Carbs: 19g   Protein: 6.5g  Sugar: 2g


Ingredients:
1 cup Black beans, drained & rinsed
1 Banana
1/2 cup Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp stevia
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp Almond oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Krisda Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips 



Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.  In a blender, blend together the black beans, banana, and cottage cheese until smooth (pictures 1-3)
2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and mix in egg, egg whites, almond oil and honey.
3.  Sift in the cocoa powder with a sifter or fine strainer to avoid lumps.  Add baking powder, stevia and chocolate chips.  Mix well. (pictures 5-6) 
4. Transfer to a 9x9 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.  Cool and cut into 9 squares and enjoy!
